What's My Purpose in Life?

I've had people come up to me and ask me how they can find out what their purpose is in life. I ask them what they are interested in and what they like to do. More times than not I hear, "I don't know."

What I've found is people spend so much time practically obsessing about what they don't like in their life that they can't tell what they want out of life. Essentially they have given up their dreams and aspirations to focus all of their attention on all that is not right and makes them feel unhappy.

No amount of time obsessing about a problem is going to solve the problem. It's important to identify the problem so it can be corrected, but once it is identified, correct it and move on.

Well, there in lies the proverbial rub. How to fix the problems in our unhappy lives. Most people don't know how to fix the problems so they obsess about them which only continues the cycle of unhappiness.

I have spent over 10 years trying to learn how to identify and resolve my own causes of unhappiness only to be very disappointed. I tried many different techniques such as subliminals, self hypnosis, paraliminal, positive affirmations, visualizations, and much more. I couldn't get any of it to work for me. I had read in a few places that it was necessary to change the beliefs that were blocking what I wanted to create in my life. The problem is that they told me the way to get rid of these beliefs was to use positive affirmations, self hypnosis, subliminals, visualizations etc that all hadn't work for me.

I finally found something that worked and it's called the Self-mastery Program. The Self-mastery Program taught me how to surface and replace my old negative beliefs with positive beliefs and I've been very happy ever since!
